Logical operators bugged? (*solved*)

Okay... with "<=3" at least 3 should be the same as 2...yes? And why do 0,1,2 get a return of 0 when they should get a return of 7?

So. We seem to have a complete logic failure.

0 <= 3 is FALSE and under certain circumstances 7<=3 is TRUE.
