Yes, this is a bug. I'm fixing it.

EDIT: it seems the changes in 1.9.9-beta1 are lost. I'm uploading 1.9.9-beta2 again. It should work as expected.
Try it and tell me, please:

Wit this version your program should work either with -D DISABLE_SCROLL or without anything.
